Watch the world and all its inhabitants while they embrace the ignorance that surrounds them. People are blind by their pride because they are unwilling to listen to reason. They are consumed by primitive desires that dwell within their hearts, and fear the natural course of human life. Humans fall into temptation and indulge vanity.
Let us consider the uniform nature of mankind in all of the world's entirety, beginning and ending with even the most remote civilizations. Conflicted with the dual entities of hope versus fear and desire versus hate, man is a victim to his own confidence or pride, as he blindly executes his life with the sole understanding that he ought to resist temptation and continue the pursuit of empty ideals that society deems as "good."
Lines (10-16)
Humans rarely use reason when making choices. They act stubbornly based on their preconceived notions or from their emotions. Nations sink when citizens are oppressed because a vengeful citizen will listen to a fools request. He will gain support, at which point the fate of the nation relies on the wishes of the unwise man.
Lets sit back and observe the nations of the world, lets watch and take note of their individual efforts towards progress, and in the end we realize that all mankind shares the same fate.
